What we build
What this covers, what you get and what changes as a result.
Custom Software Development
Production-ready web applications on clean architecture, with API design, automated testing and deployment wired in from day one.
- Full-stack web application development
- API design and integrations
- Secure architecture and clean code
- CI/CD, automated testing, deployment and documentation
SaaS Development
The moving parts a SaaS actually needs, multi-tenancy, billing and subscriptions, and the admin and analytics to run it day to day.
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- User management, billing and subscription systems
- Admin dashboards and analytics
Web Development
Fast, modern websites on Next.js and headless CMS, built for technical SEO, performance and accessibility, not just for looks.
- Corporate and marketing websites
- Modern stacks (Next.js, headless CMS, static + SPA)
- Technical SEO, performance and accessibility
Mobile App Development
Cross-platform apps in React Native, native Kotlin or Swift where the platform needs it, wired up with auth, payments and notifications, and monitored once they reach real users.
- Cross-platform React Native apps, native where needed
- Integrations: auth, notifications, payments, analytics
- Monitoring and crash/error tracking
MVP Development
A focused first version, core features and real UX, accelerated with AI tooling where it genuinely helps.
- MVP builds: core features, UX/UI and basic analytics
- Clear scope and a shippable first slice
- AI-accelerated development (assistants, scaffolders, test generation)
API & Integration Engineering
When systems need to talk to each other, well-designed APIs, third-party integrations and reliable data sync between them.
- Public and internal API design
- Third-party integrations, webhooks and data sync
- Auth, payments, messaging and analytics integrations
- Shipped, tested features
- A CI/CD pipeline
- Documentation and runbooks
- A clean, maintainable codebase
Faster releases without a quality drop
Fewer regressions
An architecture that survives growth
Discovery and planning
We agree the goal, scope a first slice and name the risks.
Delivery cadence
Short sprints, working demos and weekly progress you can see.
QA and acceptance
Tests, reviews and CI stay in place; you sign off on what ships.
- AI-augmented
AI in the loop
Code assist, test generation and refactors speed execution, while humans own architecture, security and product decisions under a written AI Use Policy.
Where product engineering and development fits

Selected work in product engineering
How to get started with product engineering
Three steps from first call to a shipped first slice.
Discovery call
30-45 minutes
A short call to understand the product, the constraints and where the technical risk lives, and to check fit. You talk to people who can answer product and engineering questions on the spot.
Scoping sprint
1-3 weeks
We turn the goal into a build scope with a first shippable slice: architecture direction, risks, and a phased plan and budget before you commit to the full build.
Phased build, shipped weekly
Ongoing
We build in phases that ship working software every week, with demos and clear success criteria, then continue as a dedicated squad if the work warrants it.
Common questions
No. A clear goal, your constraints and a first milestone are enough to start a discovery or scoping call. We turn that into a tight first slice rather than waiting on a 40-page document. The spec firms up as we build, because the fastest way to clarify scope is usually working software in front of real users, not more planning up front.
One squad. We build the web front end, the API behind it and a cross-platform React Native client together, and drop to native Kotlin or Swift when the platform genuinely needs it. Keeping web and mobile on the same senior team means a shared architecture and one set of people accountable, not a handoff and two codebases that drift apart.
Senior leads own architecture and reviews; AI accelerates the busywork: scaffolding, tests, documentation. The same quality gates run regardless of speed: code review, automated tests, performance budgets and observability. Speed comes from removing friction, not skipping checks.
For a well-scoped MVP, 8–12 weeks from alignment to launch is typical, depending on complexity and how quickly we make decisions together. Larger platforms or rebuilds are usually phased into several releases so you can see value and reduce risk earlier.
It depends on the service. Discovery sprints, MVPs and AI integrations are typically fixed-scope with clear pricing per phase. Long-term partnerships, dedicated squads and ongoing growth or maintenance work as monthly retainers. We pick the model that lowers risk for both sides.
