Pricing

Pricing you can actually plan around

We price by engagement model, not by an hourly rate you have to haggle down. Fixed-fee scoping sprint, milestone-based builds, monthly retainers and dedicated squads. Clear ranges, full IP ownership, no surprise invoices.

  • Fixed-fee scoping sprint that ends with a real scope, roadmap and budget range.
  • Milestone billing on fixed-scope builds. You approve working software before each payment.
  • Senior squads at a fair rate. We compete on outcomes, not the lowest hourly rate.

How we price

Transparent ranges and fixed scope

The scoping sprint is a flat fee. Fixed-scope builds are billed against milestones you sign off, not hours you can't check. Ongoing work is a predictable monthly retainer or a dedicated squad.

Fixed-fee scoping sprint

A short paid sprint that ends with a scope, architecture outline, roadmap and budget range. You keep the output even if you build elsewhere.

Milestone-based delivery

Fixed-scope projects are split into milestones with acceptance criteria. You approve working software, then we invoice.

Predictable monthly retainers

Continuous development and dedicated squads bill monthly, with a clear capacity and scope each cycle.

Full IP ownership

The code and IP are yours, assigned in writing before we start.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us

Every engagement maps to one of four models. Most long-term partners move through several over time: a free discovery call, a paid discovery sprint, a fixed-scope build, then a retainer or a dedicated team.

Discovery and scoping

Fixed fee · 1 to 3 weeks

We clarify goals, scope and feasibility, and turn the idea into a clickable prototype you can put in front of users or investors. You leave with a prioritised backlog, an architecture outline, a roadmap and budget and timeline ranges. Best when you need to validate before committing.

Fixed-scope build

Milestone-billed

MVPs, custom SaaS and platforms, AI integrations and websites, delivered in phased releases you approve. Best when outcomes and constraints are clear enough to commit.

Indicative ranges

A rough sense of the budget

These are ballpark figures to set expectations, not a price list. The real number depends on scope, complexity and team size; we define it together in discovery and put it in writing before anything is committed.

Find your level

Roughly, where does your product sit?

A quick way to place your product by complexity and see how that maps to time and investment. Orientation, not a quote.

  1. Smaller slices and pilots

A focused internal tool, a thin vertical slice of a larger product, or a small AI assistant on an existing system. Usually 2 to 6 weeks once scoped.

  2. Mid-complexity SaaS and internal tools

A core SaaS product, dashboard or internal tool with several flows, integrations and user roles. Often an 8 to 12 week MVP or Phase 1, then follow-up releases.

  3. Complex platforms and multi-module systems

Multi-tenant platforms, heavy domain logic, or multi-country and multi-team setups. Structured as a discovery sprint plus several delivery phases, not a single big-bang build.

  1. Partial

    Tech Lead

Owns architecture, code quality and technical risk. Reviews every change, including what the agents generate.

  2. Partial

    Product Lead

Scope, roadmap, stakeholder alignment and the outcomes you are measured on.

  3. Discovery-heavy

    Design Lead

UX flows, design system and engineering handoff. Heavier early, lighter once the build stabilises.

  4. Full-time

    1 to 2 AI-native senior engineers

Direct AI agents across the codebase, then review every output like a tech lead. Testing, CI and deployment are built into the flow, not a separate team.

Included and excluded

What the price buys, and what it does not

What every engagement includes

The price buys senior delivery, not just hours.

  • A senior triad: Tech, Product and Design leads on the work.
  • AI-augmented delivery, with humans owning architecture, security and product calls.
  • Quality gates: code review, CI checks, tests and a clear Definition of Done.
  • A regular demo cadence and a short written update every week or two.

What we do not do

We are clear about cost up front.

  • No free pilots, audits or prototypes. The discovery call is the only free step.
  • No junior teams. Senior people lead and do the core work.
  • No surprise invoices. Scope changes are written down with their impact on time, cost and quality before we proceed.
  • No lock-in. You can move to another team or take the work in-house at any time.
How it starts

From a first call to a long-term partnership

You do not have to commit to everything up front. Most engagements start small and grow as trust does.

Free discovery call

Free · 30 to 45 minutes

We understand your context, assess fit and recommend a model. Often joined by a senior product or engineering lead.

Paid discovery sprint

Fixed fee · 1 to 3 weeks

A fixed-fee scope, roadmap and budget range, low risk and high clarity. Part of the fee is credited towards the build if you continue.

Fixed-scope build

Milestone-billed

We ship the first real product against milestones you approve. Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed up front.

Retainer or dedicated team

Monthly · ongoing

We stay on to grow the product, with the squad that already knows your codebase. Usually starts with a one to three month pilot.
