For founders

Investor-ready MVPs, built to survive v2

Built by a senior squad that stays on your project, not a rotating dev shop. Under pressure to ship? We define the smallest first version that proves the product, and build it so the architecture survives v2.

AI accelerates execution. Senior leads stay accountable for the decisions that are expensive to undo: architecture, security and what ships.

  • Clear scope and trade-offs, with every change on the record.
  • MVP paths designed for 8 to 12 weeks when the problem is defined.
  • Quality gates from day one: reviews, testing, release discipline.
  • We work in shipped slices, not status updates.

The situation

You're probably here because

One of these is usually the reason a founder lands here.

  1. Investors want proof

Investors want to see something real before the next check-in.

  2. Burned once already

A previous dev shop or freelancer burned you, and you do not want round two.

  3. The scope is still fuzzy

You have an idea, but the scope is still fuzzy and the risk feels high.

  4. You need a team that says no

You need a senior team that will say no to the wrong features.

  5. AI, without the risk

You want AI features, without experiments that risk your IP or user trust.

  6. The date is fixed

You have a date tied to a raise, a demo day or a pilot, and the date is fixed.

Where to start

Common founder situations

Pick the situation closest to yours. Each one points to the smallest sensible place to start.

Validate scope and de-risk before we build

Define the MVP, agree the goals and constraints, and surface the architecture and AI risks before any code is written. You leave with a written plan and a scope you can hold us to. Discovery adds a week or two up front. It is what stops a wrong build that costs months.

An MVP in about 8 to 12 weeks

A time-boxed MVP build with a fixed scope, senior-led delivery and quality gates from day one. The scope is fixed for the timeline. New ideas move to a phase two instead of stretching the date.

A serious SaaS or platform, not a demo

A production architecture with the integrations, auth and data model the product needs, built so v2 does not mean a rewrite. It costs more than an MVP up front. We recommend it once you are past validation and the product has to scale.

Add AI features, safely

Practical AI integration: RAG, in-product assistants and workflow automation, with guardrails and human-owned decisions. We ship AI behind evaluation and a human-owned decision, not a demo that hallucinates in front of users.

How we start

How we start working together

A small first step, not a big commitment. Here is the usual path.

Discovery call

30–45 minutes

A short call to confirm goals, constraints, timeline pressure and fit. First call is with our commercial lead, often joined by a senior product or engineering lead.

Scoping sprint

When needed

We define the MVP and the risks. You get a written plan, a clear scope and honest trade-offs, where a fuzzy idea turns into a scope you can hold us to.

Delivery

First slice, then cadence

We ship the first real slice and set the cadence for iteration, as an MVP build or an ongoing squad. Founders past v1 self-select into custom software and SaaS instead.

Honest fit

Are we a fit for your stage?

We are honest about where we do our best work. Here is who we are built for, and who we are not.

We are a strong fit if

Funded founders who want a senior partner and a product that lasts.

  • You are funded, Seed to Series B, and building a first or second product.
  • You have a date tied to a raise, a demo day or a pilot, and it is fixed.
  • You want a senior squad that stays on your project, not a rotating dev shop.
  • You want clear scope, honest trade-offs and decisions on the record.

We are not the right fit if

We will say so early rather than take on the wrong project.

  • You are pre-funding with no runway and expect the build for equity.
  • You want the cheapest throwaway MVP over a product that survives v2.
  • You expect us to invent the idea, not turn your direction into a product.
  • You want every feature shipped, with no discovery and no one allowed to say no.
