I don't think I could expect better results from any external provider in such a complex project.

Project
Pimalion is an enterprise collaboration suite for large-scale, product-centric operations. It brings product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), automation, publishing and workflow into one platform, so teams running large product catalogues can produce faster and publish across every channel from one place.
We built the platform in collaboration with NET2ME between February 2019 and May 2023.
The challenge
Product data, digital assets, publication and workflow each lived in their own tool, spread across different teams and channels. The result was bottlenecks, inconsistent data and slow, repetitive manual work that did not scale. The existing setup had no central source, no shared consistency and little automation, exactly the three things large-scale, multi-channel publishing depends on.
Solution
Enterprise software that doesn't feel like enterprise software.
We designed a scalable enterprise interface that unifies product data, digital assets, publishing workflows and automation in one intuitive platform. The four areas read as one product, not four bolted together: consistent patterns, a shared navigation model and dark and light themes so teams can work the way they prefer. The complexity stays in the system, not on the screen.
Modules
PIM: every product, structured and ready for any channel.
The PIM module centralises product information into dynamic, structured product sheets that every channel can pull from. Teams manage multilingual content, monitor completeness and push consistent product data out with speed and precision, instead of reconciling it by hand across systems.
DAM: thousands of assets, one organised pipeline.
The DAM module lets teams organise, manage, process and distribute digital assets from one pipeline built to handle thousands of files. A centralised, structured library replaces the manual handling of media that slows high-volume operations down.

From fragmented workflows to one connected enterprise ecosystem.

Annotation & validation
Review, comment and approve without leaving the platform.
A built-in annotation and validation system lets teams review, comment, approve and clear content for publication directly in the interface. Feedback loops are structured and approvals are consistent, so nothing ships on a side-channel email thread.
Multi-channel publishing
Publish to web, print, catalogue and retail from one place.
Pimalion distributes product content across web, print, digital catalogues and retail channels from one central configuration. What used to be a separate production effort per channel now runs once, cutting production timelines sharply.

In partnership with NET2ME, we modernised the front end and enhanced the user experience.

Collaboration became faster, clearer and fully centralised.
