As we come to the end of a demanding but successful year, it is the right moment to open a new chapter for Codepixel. After six years as CEO I am moving into the CTO role, and Mihailo Raspopović, our co-founder, is taking over as CEO. He has been easing into it through most of 2024, and there is no one better suited to the job.

How we got here
Looking back at what we have built together, I feel nothing but pride. What started as an idea between two people has grown into a company with real creative and engineering depth. Mihailo and I have passed milestones we could only imagine in the early days. With him in the CEO seat, I get to concentrate on the technical direction and on the decisions that shape what we actually build.
Same Codepixel, familiar faces
Mihailo is known for his read on the business and his commercial instincts, and he brings a forward-looking approach to the role. Over this year he has been reconnecting with the work that started the company in the first place. His brief is straightforward: open new markets, take on harder problems, keep the culture we have.
He is not doing it alone. We have spent years building a team that covers business, engineering, design and delivery, and our team leads are what keep each of those running well. That is the part that makes the rest possible.
What I will be doing as CTO
The CTO role lets me go deep into the technical core of the company and spend my time where I am strongest. I will focus on architecture, engineering standards and keeping us ahead in an industry that moves quickly. Alongside supporting Mihailo on strategy and risk planning, I will spend more time growing our engineers through hands-on mentoring and training. The point is to keep shipping work at the standard people hire us for.
To the Codepixel team and to our partners: thank you for the trust, and for the work that made this possible. With Mihailo leading the company and me focused on the technology, we are ready for what comes next.
More on how we work, and the rest of the team.
