Since we met Codepixel in 2022 we've continued to be impressed by their delivery and technical skills. They have delivered multiple projects with us to our clients, including Wordpress projects and staff augmentation.

Their communication is excellent, across Project Managers, Developers and their Leadership Team. They are skilled in agile delivery and are adaptive during projects to shifting client needs. They are also fast at responding which makes project delivery so much easier. The end products delivered always satisfy client needs due to being well designed, technically sound and delivered on time, budget and scope - meaning it helps our clients achieve their business goals.

We will continue to colloborate with Codepixel in future.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All projects delivered with Codepixel have been delivered successfully - this means on time, within budget (sometimes there will be change requests but these have been managed well) and on scope. The end products delivered to our clients are technically robust and scalable solutions that end users like using, enabling clients to achieve their business goals.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Each project has a project manager assigned from Codepixel. They communicate well (over Slack, email, calls) and update the project management documentation like project plans and risk logs weekly. This means we have transparency over the project and can see risks before they become issues. if there are problems we discuss and problem solve together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They truly understand agile delivery, which shows how adaptive they are during project delivery. This means even for the trickiest of clients they are able to succesfully deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codepixel could have done differently?

As discussed previously with Codepixel, they need to ensure they fully understand the scope before signing off contracts to ensure there are no 'grey' areas, and if they decide to go above and beyond for a client, that this is clearly communicated (written down) so that it doesn't get unnnoticed. This hasn't caused any big problems yet, and because they always respond well to feedback provided, we dont expect it to.
