Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Codepixels provided initial product and architectural services to scope out the application requirements for our coaching platform. They then carried out UX/UI design to determine the screens, interactive elements, and designs required - and developed them. Following this initial phase, they then build the application end-to-end. The coaching platform includes:
- Multiple levels of user roles and permissions
- Different onboarding flows for user types -
- Action tracking, notes and inisghts for all participants on the platform
- Email and SMS notifications triggered by various events in the user journey
Results
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The application was built within our target timelines and at the expected price. Customer feedback has been very positive and the website itself performs well - both from a functionality and utility perspective. The team at Codepixels were excellent throughout - turnaround time on questions, feedback and bugs was great, and they've continued to support post-launch.

Project management was very good - most of the time we as clients were the limiting factor, rather than speed of the team! There was consistent and effective work breakdown from them and we were kept constantly informed.

The culture and client-focus of the whole team was great - they always tried to find ways to make things work and really worked to understand what we were trying to achieve, rather than just building to a specification. They were agile and proactive in all elements of the design and build. Really great people.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Codepixel could have done differently?
Not really - I think they are a very good example of an out-sourced digital build company that want to be as customer-centric as possible when building products.
